What we collect
In different areas of our website, and when registering for our service, we may collect the following kinds of personal information from our Clients:

- Unique Identifiers such as user name, account number, password
Billing Information such as credit card number, and billing address are collected by our partner Paypal. i-list.it never gets access to such information.
Analytics / Log Files

i-list.it respects the privacy of our Account Users and the privacy of their data. All user information contained within the electronic communications, attached documents and forms you may use or compose with the i-list.it service are governed by the i-list.it Terms of Service. Although i-list.it owns the data storage, databases and the website, you retain all rights to your data. All user data uploaded to an Account of the i-list.it Service is stored in a personalized and secure location. We will not utilize, sell, or rent your data uploaded into our system and only the registered users of the account holder may gain access to the uploaded data.
The i-list.it service may collect and store information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individual third parties whose personal data may be entered into the Service. i-list.it works with its Clients to help them provide notice to their customers concerning, the purpose for which personal information is collected.
What we do with the information we gather
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
- Login and use of the i-list.it system
- Internal record keeping.
- We may use the information to improve our products and services.
- We may periodically send promotional email about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided, however you can unsubscribe from these emails at any time using the link on the email.
- We may use the information to customize the website according to your interests.
Disclosure of your personal information

We also provide access to 3rd party technologies within our service, such as PayPal, for payment processing related to the invoice management features of our Service. Accessing your Information
As a user of our website and/or Service, if your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update and amend your information by making the change within the Account Settings area of the Service or by emailing our Customer Support through our contact form. We will respond to your request to access within 30 days.
If you wish to terminate your account you can do so by emailing us through our contact form while connected on your account. Once we receive this email we will terminate your account and any data relating to that account, such as boards and tasks. Please note that there is no undo to this procedure.
We will retain personal data on behalf of our Clients for as long as an account is active and as needed to provide services to our Clients. We will retain and use information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
i-list.it has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data may be entered into the i-list.it service by a Client. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to i-list.it’s Client (the data controller). If the Client requests i-list.it to remove the data, we will respond to their request within 30 days.
We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyze data about web page traffic and improve our website in order to tailor it to customer needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.
The security of your personal information and our clients’ information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as login credentials) we make use of several security systems to insure the security of your data. We use a third party service (Paypal) for all your payments to provide you with the highest standards of payment security. We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
